Richard Durrant is giving three Candlelit Christmas Recitals in Sussex this year. They are in Wilmington Village on December 5th, Midhurst on December 6th and at Joogelberries, Brighton on December 14th.

Richard appears on the front cover of the September issue of Classical Guitar Magazine. Inside there is a detailed interview about his ongoing 'Guitar Whisperer' shows, his recent Royal Albert Hall appearance and forthcoming solo album. They also write about Richard's signature Gary Hearn guitar and his cottage-industry, record label, Longman Records.

The long-awaited new album 'RECUERDOS - Guitar Classics' (LongMan049DAVD) is being launched at The Pleasance Theatre in London on the 19th September.

Richard's new solo album will be launched at the Pleasance Theatre, Islington, London on Friday September 19th.

"RECUERDOS -Guitar Classics" (LongMan049DAVD) includes works by Tarrega, Albeniz, Yocoh, Granados & Bach as well as Stanley Myers' 'Cavatina' and Richard's popular solo 'The Walrus Tree'. The recording was produced by Charles Ramirez and mixed in Surround Sound at SRT in Cambridgeshire.
